Finding: violation of the FFCS criterion 10: Preservation of key biotopes, violation of the FFCS criterion 28: Buffer zones for waterways and small waterbodies.

A privately owned, herb-rich forest surrounding a brook was clearcut leaving no or a very narrow buffer zone. The forests around two smaller brooks flowing to the major brook were also clearcut in the winter of 1999/2000.
