Finding: presence of threatened species ignored.

Clearcutting of 3-4 hectares by a private land-owner in the spring of 1999. The forest was inhabited by flying squirrel (Pteromys volans) and white-backed woodpecker (Dendrocopos leucotos), both of which are threatened species.
